Sea Colony Freeman Fitness Center

The Sea Colony Fitness Center, dedicated to the memory of Carl and Josh Freeman,
is located on the west side of the community and features both an indoor and
outdoor pool, workout room with weight and cardio machines, gymnasium, hot tub
saunas and locker rooms. We also offer a variety of Aerobic Classes, Group and
Private Swim Lessons, Personal Training and so much more.
