Welcome to Phil and Laura Mohr's Sea Escape Beach Rental.
Sea Escape is a Fabulous BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo on the shimmering white sands of PCB, Florida. We purchased it in April 2015 and have completely renovated it, investing over 350K to make it breathtaking. Our condo features a King Bed in the master suite with Temperpedic bedding, a full bath, walk in closet and separate dressing/vanity area. The 2nd bedroom features a super comfy queen bed. Each bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen TV. Everything is brand new including the carpet, lighting, Linens, dinner, glass,cook and flatware to ALL furniture, patio furniture,electronics and all appliances including AC system and Hot water heater. Nothing was skipped.
We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and floats and even a cooler for the beach so that you can pack light.
Sea Escape has a State of the Art internet door locking and alarm system so you need not worry about lost keys.
We are on the quieter West end of PCB on Front Beach Rd. Our condo is on the 5th floor of a 7 floor Midrise with gated and covered parking.
