Sea Sup Go provides Lessons + Tours + SUP Yoga + SUP Fitness + Rentals + SUP & Kayak Sales. For those new to the sport, SUP is short for Standup Paddle Board. We are the only PaddleFit trained and certified coaches in Vero Beach to teach fun & safe standup paddleboard (SUP) techniques. Our retail shop has over 50 standup paddleboards for a variety of activities....surfing, fishing, exercise & yoga, racing, relaxing and cruising. We carry everything a paddler could need or want...roof and wall racks, UPF clothing, waterproof speakers, organic sunscreen & more. The large rental fleet of kayaks & paddleboards are clean & well maintained. It's an easy launch from the floating dock behind our shop. Our guides & coaches offer a variety of fun and unique times on the water. Some popular activities are our Paddle + Breakfast Tour & SUP Yoga classes but check our website for everything we offer. Self-guided tours are given recommend routes based on the weather conditions and your experience level. Guided tours depart daily from our shop or Round Island. Custom tours and departure times are always welcome!
