Seagraves Strength and Conditioning

Seagraves Strength & Conditioning is a private personal training studio located in Plain City, Ohio. Owned and operated by Phil Seagraves, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Sports Conditioning Specialist and TRX Suspension Trainer. We specialize in many types of personal training services, including one-on-one, small group, sports conditioning and online training. Every personal training session is customized to meet the needs of each individual person and/or small group. We work with each client to ensure each session is dedicated to meet their short and long term goals. We hope to add additional services in the near future.
