Record your album/EP/Single in this large, midcentury home a gorgeous pastoral setting.
Residential recording is a rewarding, productive, civilized way to work. Stay in the creative headspace from one day to the next, uninterrupted by getting to and from the studio each day, who-gets-what? coffee runs, and the usual urban distractions. We work together, have meals together, and when it's time for a mental break, take a nature walk down to the river, grill dinner on the expansive (45'x35') patio deck, take a dip in the indoor pool, shoot some pool, or relax by one of four fireplaces.
Many–if not most–recording studios are essentially windowless boxes with gear in them. r2b2's main tracking room gives you plenty of daylight and has a picturesque view overlooking fields, meadows, hills, and a pioneer graveyard watched over by a magnificent oak.
The house itself is a 5600 square-foot "space-age bachelor pad" ranch home with vaulted ceiling in the main tracking room. There's a large kitchen, full wet-bar, indoor swimming pool with diving board, and heading downstairs there's a full-daylight billiard room with another wet-bar and the Hammond organ.
(Not a regular B&B, but an unrivaled recording experience)
