Seattle Low Vision

I speak with all low vision patients by phone before scheduling a low vision evaluation. I want to know what activities they'd like help with, the things that bother them the most. By asking a few questions I can tell them if I will be able to help them. I ask them to bring some of the things that they'd like help with to the visit. People bring their newspaper, Bible, crossword puzzles, hobbies. By bringing their own things we can be sure that I am helping them with the exact things that they are having trouble with.
