Second Wind’s is a specialty gym providing personal fitness training for healing and strength.

We use boxing, TRX bands, and circuit and boot camp classes to get you moving and laughing and you can get one-on-one personal training.

We also have a package of therapeutic solutions that relieve pain, reduce fatigue, help you sleep better, and shed toxins and weight.

And we are proud to be an affiliate and offer Rock Steady Boxing.

We have a strong focus on prevention because exercise, nutrition, and a supportive community are key to slowing down or reversing the trend if you aren't feeling your best.

Our mission is to provide you with HELP: Hope, Exercise, Learning, and Pain Relief (physical, emotional, and financial.) We want our members to feel in control of their future again with a powerful package of specialized resources designed specifically with them in mind in a supportive, inclusive community because we believe they deserve to feel as if they’ve gotten their second wind when it comes to being able to move, relax, function, and feel better.
