HOwever, Japon Bistro changed the ownership since July 26th, 2015 by Japanese Trading Company to bring more fresh and authentic Japanese foods.
Japon Bistro using high quolity purified water treatment systems for all preparation of their foods. Also, receiving the air shipments from Kyushu Japan two times a week for Fresh Sushi and Sashimi.

We are conveniently located on Colorado Blvd. in the "Playhouse District" near the Ice House Comedy Club and Pasadena Playhouse. Open for Lunch and Dinner
