Walk into SEIKI Ramen and you’ll enter a colorful yet dimly lit restaurant that’ll transport you from an evening in San Jose to an evening in Osaka Bay. Our atmosphere is designed to set the stage for our ramen -- a recipe that was a year and a half in the making based on the ramen made in the Osaka fishing community. We bring you this rich, creamy, and savory broth in four varieties of ramen that have been simmering for 14 hours. You’ll be able to taste high-quality ingredients like local noodles delivered daily by Yamachan, imported black garlic from Japan, cage- and GMO-free eggs, organic greens, and no added MSG.
