Hello, my name is Scott Rees, the owner of Select Fitness. A few short years ago I weighed over 400 lbs. and was the epitome of bad health. Through my bad habits I had managed to develop type 2 diabetes and hypertension. I knew I had to make a change, but I didn't know where or how to start. A few years later, I've lost over 200 lbs, and have gotten rid of all the diabetic and hypertension symptoms I had, and am medication free! I have learned a lot along the way, and want to pass on that knowledge to those who are like I was.
