SEMCF was founded by Michael Brandon Soldevila. He has a personal affection for emergency management and true passion for helping people. Combining the two things he loved most, gave birth to Soldevila Emergency Management Consulting Firm (SEMCF). He has an extensive background in emergency management including courses taught by FEMA, MEMA, MCDEMA, NDLSF and National Weather Service. A GIS mapping certification as well as a degree in computer technology are also accomplishments that Mr. Soldevila brings to SEMCF.

Other members of ours staff at SEMCF have a knowledgeable background in the following areas; The American Red Cross, Disaster Relief, EMS, Fire and Rescue, Nursing, Infection Control, Emergency Preparedness, Weather Forecasting, and State Emergency Medical Assistance Team.

Mr. Soldevila has been the president and founder of a nonprofit organization since called Tornado Research and Paleoclimatology Team. This nonprofit organization researches past weather events and current dangerous storm cells to help increase warning times and see if there are any developing patterns to severe weather outbreaks based on their research.

RESPONSE- take action, includes actions taken to save lives and prevent further property damage in an emergency situation. Response is putting your preparedness plans into action.

RECOVERY- to fix, includes actions taken to return to a normal or an even safer situation following an emergency.
