Services designed by consumers, for consumers. Over 51% of persons with disabilities are employed by the center, with this same number serving on the center's board of directors.

Serving predominantly rural areas, including the counties of Perry, Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Scott and Mississippi County. Information and referral services by mail or telephone are offered to anyone living within the State of Missouri.
