Semper is a Latin word that means Always, Semper Fitness means "Always Fitness". Our name is the simplest form of our mission statement, it means we will only offer services that improve the health of our members. Typical health club amenities such as tanning, unsafe supplements or uneducated trainers will never be found in our clubs. What we will offer is a clean, safe and inviting environment filled with a community of members and staff who are respectful and courteous of others.





Our company was founded with the intentions of showing others the incredible benefits of regular exercise and a sound nutritional plan. When these elements are implemented on a consistent basis you will have incredible results. Our number one goal is too provide an environment and user experience that will allow you to feel comfortable and welcome. Semper Fitness 24/7 is locally owned and operated by Steve Behan and his wife Krystal Behan, Steve is veteran of the United States Marine Corps, which is only part of the inspiration for the gyms name. Steve is also a certified personal trainer and is committed to helping others lead a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise and proper nutrition.
