Semrau Heritage Meats is dedicated to providing high quality meats from happy and healthy animals that are raised humanely on small family farms throughout Wisconsin. We offer a delicious alternative to the commercial meats found in grocery stores. We also offer a great value compared to pricey high end meat shops that often source their products from surrounding states.

We currently offer a variety of sample packs of our tasty wiscobeef which is from Flyte Family Farms in Coloma. Our “Heritage Porkfolio” includes American Yorkshire (Bielmeier Family Farm in Wautoma), Red Wattle (Hickory Ridge Heritage Farm in Darlington) and Tamworth (Caledonia Corral in Fremont) breeds. Katahdin Lambs are available from Double Ewe Farm in Arena. Also expect to see chickens and trout offered in the near future.

All animals are harvested and processed in State inspected facilities using humane and respectful practices. Our primary processor is a small, family owned and operated outfit that processes one animal at a time. They are located in Pine River.
