We feature a morning BootCamp / High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style program 6 times per week (available mornings, afternoon or evenings), Kickboxing classes 2 evenings and 1 morning per week, Vinyasa Yoga classes both mornings and evenings along with a variety of special events such as Beach Yoga & Sunset Workouts.
ALL workouts are available on a monthly or pay as you go basis and many workouts are FREE of charge.
