Set Apart Art-Wendy McDonnell Murals and More

Wendy McDonnell was born and raised in northern Wisconsin. Wendy grew up noticing the details and beauty of nature around her. During High School Wendy studied under the instruction of master oil painter Alfred Weiss. She then went on to graduate with honors from Western Wisconsin Technical College in LaCrosse, with an associate degree in commercial art. Wendy worked many years as a illustrator/ designer in the Madison, WI area. She now lives in Watertown, WI with her husband and two daughters. Wendy has her own art business call Set Apart Art/ Wendy McDonnell Murals and More. Wendy specializes in mural design/painting, watercolors and acrylics. Wendy’s subject matter can range from realistic wildlife, landscapes, whimsical, to scripture inspired pieces.
