The concept of Seven is an Americana style spirits bar with an inviting atmosphere where our love for culture and arts courses though everything we do. From the unique hand crafted cocktails of both old Worlds and now, to our farm to table approach to culinary arts. We believe that creating delicious, unique cocktails along with farm fresh dishes is just as important an art as the displays on our walls and live performances we showcase. A place where the people and environment make you feel like it’s your bar...because it is! A place where both locals and tourist feel a warm and welcoming sensation. We wanted Seven to have a sense of surprise to it when you enter. Humble from the outside, yet warm, inviting and with an old school speakeasy feel inside. To have both a local old world feel without being a dive bar and also without being pompous. An inviting place where you can enjoy a great meal and cold drink with old friends and meet new ones.
