Cardio Fusion M,W,F 8-9am: A low impact aerobic with sculpting using weights, stability balls, step, tubing, yoga, and pilates to strive for functional fitness.
Water Exercise M,W,F 9-10am: A moderate to aggressive cardio class using noodles and dumbbells for strength.
Gentle Water Exercise M, W, F 3:15-4:15pm: A more gentle class designed for arthritis using range of motion and mild strength.
Water Art Tues, Thurs 6-7pm: Aggressive cardio class using noodles, dumbbells, paddles, tubing, and kickboards for a variety of strength and cardio options.
