Sew605 Sewing Studio & Alterations

Though I went to college for costume design and technology....(design, layout, pattern making and sewing procedures)....I have been sewing since I was a little girl. My grandma and I would make doll clothing, most of the family thought she did all the work but I learned a lot in those early years. Most of all I was hooked, I am addicted to fabric and won’t need to buy any for a while.

I love to put it together in different combinations to make fun outfits, bags, scarves… or things for around the house. I am not a fabric snob, either--I like beautiful prints whether they purchased new or recycled from some other previously loved item.



Do you have an item you love, but it isn't the right size, wore out or the fabric just doesn’t do it for you anymore? Just Facebook or email me and ask about a custom listing or having an item remade or made new again . I'll let you know right away what my availability in time and materials will be for a custom item.
