Shalimar UMC is beautifully blended in worship style with both traditional and contemporary worship services. Our church is located on a busy corner of Eglin Parkway in the heart of the Fort Walton Beach, Shalimar and Eglin Air Force Base communities. We are still a rather young church founded in 1951. Since that time, we've grown and matured to around 1000 attendees.

Saturday Nights @ 6pm in the Family Life Center.

TRADITIONS (Traditional / Liturgical)
Sunday Mornings @ 8am and 11am in the Sanctuary.

CONNECT (Blended / Contemporary)
Sunday Mornings @ 9:30am in the Sanctuary.

FREEDOM (Modern / Emerging)
Sunday Mornings @ 11:07am in the Family Life Center.

MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of Shalimar United Methodist Church is to REACH, TEACH, and SEND. We REACH out to our congregation, community, and the world to TEACH the word of God as provided in the Holy Scripture, and SEND our members and missionaries to be witnesses to God’s grace and His promise of eternal life to us through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
