Shanti Yoga & Counseling

A home-like studio providing a blend of mind-body services: yoga and meditation classes, integrative holistic counseling services - individual, couples, and group therapy. We believe in your potential for healing - on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. We also provide mindfulness-based integrative therapy in our counseling office. We use a holistic approach and the principles of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation are incorporated in the services we offer - in private and group sessions. Namaste!
