We offer a full circuit of machines that targets all areas of your body to give you the maximum workout. These machines are adjusted weekly to prevent hitting plateau's in your fitness goals.

We have safe and secure entry and are located minutes away from Byron Police Dept. We also have an emergency call feature within the studio in case of a medical emergency.

As a member you can earn cash for referring friends and family members who join the fitness studio. We train all members on the studio's equipment and offer tours to prospective members.
