Shark's Cove

In 2014, Hanapohaku LLC was formed when Cully Judd, a longtime North Shore resident, and Andrew Yani, Cully’s son-in-law, decided to purchase three adjoining parcels of land in Pupukea, Oahu.

The acquisition of approximately XX acres of commercially zoned land situated mauka of Shark’s Cove and next to Foodland Pupukea was a tremendous opportunity to keep valuable North Shore property in the hands of a local family. Hanapohaku also recognized the potential of the Pupukea property to address some commercial and services needs of the North Shore community, while preserving the unique lifestyle of the North Shore.
