Shasta Base Camp is located in the city of Mt. Shasta, California where we provide hardware and soft-goods for those recreation enthusiasts anxious to participate in all that this area has to offer. Our location is in the center of Mt. Shasta, at 308 South Mt. Shasta Blvd., across from the popular grocery store, Berryvale. Mount Shasta, an active volcano in the Cascade Mountain range, with a summit reaching 14,179 feet is a popular destination for people looking for outdoor recreation of all kinds, and Shasta Base Camp can offer them the full mountain experience.

Our new venue on “main street” offers very easy access and is very visible to traffic entering town. This exciting new location has the potential for summer open-air market and events, to attract locals and tourist. We are also excited to offer our community a climbing and bouldering gym, as well as bike and climbing clinics. Our slogan is “the core of mountain culture and the beginning of every adventure” and we are a community meeting point for outdoor enthusiasts and those offering guide services such as mountaineering, climbing, fishing and rafting.
