My name is Donald Feltsen and I am the owner of Shasta Judgment Recovery. After seven years in the United States Air Force, I became a Deputy Sheriff with San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department where I worked as a K-9 handler. In 1996, I retired from the Sheriff’s Department and started my own business. I have specialized in Judgment Recovery the majority of that time. In 2009, I was elected President of the California Association of Judgment Professionals, also known as CAJP.
