I am a new photographer, I worked in a sears owned studio before, I knew I loved photography before, but the studio brought out in me what I had started too let go. I was young and there is so much competition. I began shooting again, and loving every minute of it, the meeting of new people, I feel so lucky too be the person too capture those memories that so quickly fly by. Behind my camera I become free, I am never happier then when I am shooting. I am fresh and not affraid to go above and beyond. Photography is my passion and I love it! I will get the shot! do hereby release the PRINT rights of the included CD images to **************** Only with the exceptions stated below; with this release, said client has the right to print unlimited copies of the images and/or collages at free will and in any size. Though, is not allowed to sell them, take credit for my work or use them commercialy. The copyright belongs too Pic Me Photography©. Client is also not allowed to erase the Pic Me Photography© logo.

Pic Me Photography© holds the Copy Right release of ALL the clients images, unless otherwise stated in a typed document addressed too that client. Meaning; Pic Me Photography© holds the right to use ALL the images captured in any and all social networks, contests, or commercially. Pic Me Photography© also holds the right to use any and all of the images in a portfolio and may print the images at free will to use as advertisement in the studio windows or at our discretion. The client’s friends and family may tag themselves in the images, and share them through social networks such as Face book, though the images may not be copied or altered in any way. The water mark or business logo may not be erased or cropped out of any or all of the images. Pic Me Photography© is not reliable for accidents or losses. The client agrees to watch their own children, ensuring their safety. By the client choosing Pic Me Photography© mean’s the client agrees too these regulations and understands fully. If the client breaks any or all of these rights and regulations Pic Me Photography© will regain the print release to the said images and the client will no longer be able to print or enlarge any of the shot images. The client may not sue, threaten, or harass Pic Me Photography© in any way, doing so may lead to business problems including but not limited to; decreased sales, loss of clients, potentially the beginning of new ones and giving Pic Me Photography© a poor reputation. Doing so may lead to a lawsuit.
