What this means is...

All Boards are built one at a time. Start to finish. Ensuring the highest manufacturing quality & consistency.

A 50% deposit is required to begin your request.
Most boards will be delivered within 4-6 weeks at which time the balance is due.

When ordering a custom surfboard you have many options and material choices too.
But don't worry if you're unsure of what might be the best option for you. We can figure it out with just a few general questions.

Starting with the foam blank. US Blanks can special order whatever you want. Including....
Foam Density
size, thickness, width, rocker (nose & Tail)
Stringers which includes how many, wood type and thickness, non - wood etc...
all shapes, sizes
Foam Color
Polyurethane or EPS

A special order blank can add up to 2 weeks to your order build time.

We offer the choice of fiberglass cloth also.
E glass, S Glass, 4-6 oz and Volan 7.5 oz in any combination.
Gloss Or Sanded

Any colors (airbrush, resin tint, paint pen, request an artist or do your own)

Also your choice of fin styles, boxes, plugs colors.
