SALON POLICY

APPOINTMENTS:
Book reservations 2-4 weeks in advance if you need a certain day or time of the week. We highly recommend pre-booking your next service at the end of each appointment. Please be aware that our schedules do get very full in certain times of the year (holidays, back to school, graduations, etc.). We also have a cancellation list you may be added to.

GUESTS AND CHILDREN:
Our waiting area is cozy, and will only accommodate a few people. Please limit the number of people that are waiting for you during your appointment. As much as we love your kiddos we do not allow children who are not being serviced in the salon at any time. We work with very hot tools, sharp instruments and chemicals. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CELL PHONES:
To ensure a relaxing experience for all our guests we ask that cell phones be silenced. Only use your cell phone if truly necessary. Even if you don't want to chat with your stylist, this will interfere with the stylist's work. If you need to catch up on emails and messages please limit to color or treatment processing time.

PAYMENT:
Salon Argyll accepts Major Credit Cards, Cash and Check for hair services. Payment is due at the time of service. A $30 charge will be added to returned checks. Extension hair services, hair products and retail merchandise may also be purchased using these methods.

EXTENSIONS:
All Hair Extension services require a consultation which is always complimentary. A deposit that must be paid in advance the day you book your installation appointment. Extension hair must be pre-ordered as we do not stock hair at our salon. Extension hair deposit portion is non refundable, Extension hair is non-refundable. You will receive an information packet on how to care for your extensions and a copy of your signed client contract.

EXTENSION MAINTENANCE:
It is extremely important to stay on schedule with your recommended maintenance program. This extends the life of your extensions and to protect your natural hair from damage.


CANCELLATIONS:
Our stylists work independently and are not paid staff. We ask that you give your stylist 24-48 hours notice of cancellation, minimum, so that we are able to accommodate another client on the waiting list. We do understand that last minute scheduling conflicts can make it impossible to keep your scheduled reservation, We ask for your communication and respect in these instances. A credit card is required for booking an appointment. A charge of $25 up to 50% of the original service may be charged for no-show/ no-calls. Appointments are recorded in our system, after a number of forgiven no shows we may ask that you pre-pay for your appointment.

REFUND/PRODUCT EXCHANGES:
We stand behind our Eufora Products Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased we will gladly exchange within 30 days of original purchase date with original receipt. No refunds on services or service deposits.

Salon Argyll reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, excessive tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
