SHE Sisters Helping Elevate the arts

SHE created by professional actor writer Katrina V. Miller is collaborating reliable entertainment with other professional women in the arts to serve as an artistic organization of sisters helping elevate the arts in Playwriting, Theater, Film, Dance and Music. SHE will feature artistic works from some of the city’s most beloved entertainers. The organization will offer positive images and thought provoking new theater and cabaret productions developed and produced by working women in entertainment at affordable fares. SHE will also serve as an apprenticeship for up and coming artistic individuals in the community by providing a platform to hone in on their individual artistic talents.

Our mission is to decrease negative images particularly accepted in mass media of women in the arts by educating, elevating and encouraging future generations of entertainment. SHE reinforces the fact that young women do not have to objectify themselves or reveal their anatomy by mentoring and sharing our experiences and thoughts on self-respect, goals and aspirations to enlightened and encourage young impressionable talent.

The success of this organization depends a great deal on the cohesiveness of the functional organizational units as well as an aggressive marketing strategy. With this in place and a little girl power SHE will likely reach its optimistic sales goals.
