- BRAID STYLES: Hair MUST be clean, free of any/all oils, and ready to braid prior to arrival. PLEASE READ THE "i" ICON UNDER THE SERVICE YOU BOOK TO CLARIFY IF YOUR HAIR IS REQUIRED TO BE FLAT IRONED OR BLOWN OUT WELL. Flat twists, hair color, and all other services, shampoo is included.

- Must have 4 inches of hair to grip all around. No exceptions.

- 15 yrs and up only

- Hair is not provided. In order of preference, bring ONLY the following hair brands: 1) Bijoux Xpression 2) African Collection Xpression 3) Xpression Premium

- Arriving 15 minutes past your appointment time will result in an automatic cancellation

- No children; no extra people.

- No sleeping in the chair. If you won't be able to stay awake/alert, please reschedule or I will reschedule the appt.

- Braid Touch-ups are not offered.
