Shed Fitness, based in Nashville, TN, is a regional fitness facility with 4 locations in Tennessee and Indiana that provides specialized Group Fitness Classes. Shed trainers lead creative and challenging workouts daily. Classes are typically 50 minutes and begin at 5 am and run through 7pm. Our luxury facilities include Woodway kinetic treadmills, battle ropes, rowers, kettle bells, dumbbells, benches, assisted pull-ups and much more.
