We are dedicated to providing a beneficial and enjoyable experience to each student who enter our studio. We strive to create a space of peace, community and essential escape. Students of all levels are welcome: beginner, experience, flexible and inflexible. Whether you want to focus on muscle tone and flexibility or alleviating stress and maintaining peace of mind, we are here to teach you skills to help. Each class is modified based on the needs of those present.
