All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and still has the original tags still attached.
Items are received by Shelvie Jean Boutique no later than 7 days from the original date of purchase.
If your item does not meet one or both of the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected by our Returns Department
