Shenita Perritt is a commercial and residential real estate professional in Washington, DC & Maryland. Her professional experience includes strong experience in several sectors of the real estate industry, including retail, office, and residential. Over the past 13 years, Shenita has worked with landlords, tenants, investors, residential property owners and home buyers within the real estate industry. Presently, Shenita is a Realtor® with The Columbia Company located in the District of Columbia. Prior to joining The Columbia Company, Shenita worked for national and global companies such as Combined Properties Incorporated, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.

Shenita earned her B.B.A with a specialization in Marketing from Marymount University, located in Arlington, Virginia. She is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist & holds the SFR® Realtor® Certification. Through her experience and education, Ms. Perritt has developed a keen sense of commercial and residential expertise over the course of major transitions in the economic climate. She is currently an active member of Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE) and serves on the Executive Committee as Co-Chair of Community Service & Co-Chair of Public Relations. In addition, Shenita is also an active member of The National Association of Realtors, The District of Columbia Association of Realtors and Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.

Shenita is a native Washingtonian and enjoys the metropolitan lifestyle. When not working, Shenita enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and traveling.
