Life can be complicated and messy, but there is always hope for every situationAs seen on a Sussex Directories Inc site. As a therapist, I see myself as a helper. I know it takes courage to trust another person with your story. Therapy is a safe place where you explore your inner world and are helped by another point of view. My goal is that you leave therapy feeling heard and knowing the necessary steps for positive changes.

I provide support to parents who's children are having issues with anxiety, depression and/or behavioral issues. I work with adults with relationship issues (e.g. couples counseling, marriage and/or divorce). My passion is to help strengthen individuals and families to enjoy life to its fullest.

I help adults and children with depression and anxiety. I use (CBT) Cognitive Behavior Therapy that is an evidence-based practice. I am an advocate for children and have helped family's adjust to new situations through various losses, such as divorce. I use various assessments to identify couples strengths and areas that need growth.

Sherry is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She is married to her husband Jeff and has three grown children.
