Ministry Structure
The fellowship atmosphere of the ministry will be for individuals to seek development of spirit, mind, and body so that we can mature in the full image of Christ. The responsibility of leadership of the ministry according to the Word is to perfect the saints, destroy yokes, and lift burdens with the anointing on our life. This is done with committed prayer, fasting, and love. The leadership will exhort, edify, correct, and give quality biblical instructions. Shiloh Gospel Temple Church believes men and women must be of integrity, excellence, and dignity. It is a must to understand commitment of the New Testament principle of stewardship. Members have to be persons of unquestioned integrity, compassion and love for God, the body of Christ, and the ministry. Biblical principles have to be priority in the home, church, and business. We understand new converts have to be taught the biblical principles and foundation of the Word of God. The relationship with God and communication with God should be an example how you treat others.
