SHINE Dance Fitness

Fitness should not be something you dread. It should bring you joy and restore your soul. SHiNE is a high intensity cardio workout! We incorporate traditional dance moves from Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hop and combine them with the best and most current music out there. Each class includes a playlist with up to 16 choreographed routines that is simple enough for the beginner yet challenging enough for the more experienced dancer. Every class is fresh and we never use the same playlist twice so you never have to worry about becoming board. We invite you to join us from the comfort of your home or a mobile device by joining our online community. You could also join us for a local class if you are live near Boise, Idaho.
