How I price items: I charge $2 per hour for the time that it takes me to knit up an item plus the cost of the yarn involved. Most items average 7 hours to knit and take only a fraction of a skein of yarn. Obviously smaller items take less time and yarn than larger ones and will therefore be less expensive. The larger the item the more yarn and time required to knit it. I'm not opposed to knitting large items such as sweaters and blankets but they will be fairly expensive. Please keep that in mind when you are ordering items from me. The average adult hat is usually runs about $25 (depending on embellishments) while the average infant hat is $8.


All items are unique, individualized, customized and come from a smoke-free home. I have EXTREMELY high standards and will not sell you something that I think is sub-par. I would rather redo an item several times if necessary than sell you something that looks amateurish. Most of the items I sell/make range from $10 to $40. The yarn I prefer to use is a 100% acrylic yarn and is super soft! It is completely washing machine and dryer safe and will get softer each time you wash it. I do however recommend using a mesh bag for your items so they don't snag on zippers and Velcro while in the washing machine and dryer.

I require a $10 deposit for every item that you order that will be applied to your final total once your item is finished. Upon completion of your order I will email you an invoice. Payment is expected within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Once payment is received I will mail off your item through the United States Post Office. Average transit time is 4 days. A Small Flat Rate Shipping Box with the United States Post Office is $6. I can usually fit three hats in a Small Flat Rate Box. If you have a large order that will not fit into a Small Flat Rate Box, a Medium Flat Rate Box is $13. If I can ship an item to you for less than the cost of a Small Flat Rate Box I will and I will notify you via phone, email or text message. I often use padded envelopes and they usually run $3 for shipping. I will also hand deliver items to Wyoming residents provided you meet me in Douglas or Casper if you would rather not pay shipping.

I do have a family and other obligations so please be patient. It's very possible I will have orders in line ahead of yours but I will do my very best to get all orders out in timely manner. If there are orders ahead of yours I will be sure to inform you of such and I will give you a possible start date.
