Shook Manufactured Products, Inc., was formed over 30 years ago and perfected the hex magnetic chuck, used today to run self-piercing and drill-point screws.

Shook's excellent reputation for quality products, quick delivery, and high fill ratios is an integral part of the company today. Shook is recognized within the industry as the “Quick Delivery Company.”

Our line of hex magnetic chucks includes the Original “JIFFY” Chuck, a precision-machined, tool steel product, and the “Jiffy Grip” Chuck with its unique, sure gripping design.

Additionally, in order to meet the requirements of a broad and diversified range of wholesalers and their customers, Shook maintains three specific self-piercing screw inventories designed to satisfy a variety of market requirements.

Our premier series is the is the SUPER SCREW. This screw ( 7x1/2 and 8x1/2) was designed and engineered with a longer taper point and is preferred by contractors.

Our intermediate series is the JIFFY POINT screw, is engineered and designed to satisfy the requirements of the most stringent users and applications.

Our standard Shook SPEED SCREW Series is engineered to meet the demands of today's more competitive markets.
