Hello World opened in 2000, in a quaint store front in the heart of the Gayborhood of Philadelphia. The original concept was to be the best neighborhood gift store in Philadelphia. Hello World's goal was to fill a store with quality merchandise at a great price. Since then, Hello World has grown to be one of Philly's go-to gift stores. We then moved to Rittenhouse Square, and the original location in Philly's Gayborhood, along historic Antique Row, was renamed Hello Home, offering a complete custom line of upholstered furniture with a mid-century modern feel, as well as a one of a kind collection of mid-century wood pieces.

Much has changed since then, however! Hello World now only has one location. In October of 2014, we opened our new store in West Philly. The Sansom Street location is (currently) our only location. We specialize in jewelry, home decor, home goods, scarves, handbags, baby items, gifts of all prices, furniture, and pearls by Amy Neukrug.

As Hello World grows, we consistently strive to offer our customers current trends and old favorites in home furnishings and gifts.
