Shriners Hospitals for Children - Shreveport

Shriners Hospitals for Children is changing lives every day through innovative pediatric specialty care, world-class research and outstanding medical education. Our 22 hospitals in the United States, Canada and Mexico provide advanced care for children with orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate. Children up to age 18 are eligible for care, regardless of the families’ ability to pay.

Established in 1922, Shriners Hospitals for Children – Shreveport was the first hospital established in the Shriners Hospitals for Children system. Serving a six-state area in the southern United States and the Republic of Panama, the 45-bed orthopaedic and cleft lip/palate facility has provided expert care to a global population of over 90,000 children.
