Shuck Raw Bar and Grill - Bearden

Shuck Raw Bar & Grill is brought you by the management teams of Nama Sushi Bar and Crú Bistro & Wine Bar and is a sister location for Shuck Raw Bar & Ale in downtown Knoxville. At our newest location in Bearden, Shuck will extend the menu currently found at the downtown location. Guests will enjoy raw oysters on the half shell, steamers, peel and eat shrimp as well as a variety of seafood entrees, salads, ceviche and crudo. The menu has been created to reflect regional and worldly seafood flavor profiles. Fresh oyster varieties and chef features change daily, utilizing the freshest ingredients and offering top quality preparations. The new GRILL side of the menu will offer burger, steak and chicken selections! It's a fantastic new choice for dining!

Shuck also has an extensive draft beer and bottle selection. We encourage our guests to take a tour through the Old World wines of France, Italy, Spain and Greece that have been carefully selected to please and educate anyone’s palate.
