Shultz Construction LLC is a General Contracting firm located in southern York County, PA. We provide project design, project management, and construction services. Shultz Construction LLC started servicing customers in 1984 providing solutions in remodeling, restoration, additions, new home construction, and light commercial projects. Our passion lies in residential remodeling and restoration projects. Our firm is known for its depth of experience, superior craftsmanship, attention to detail, innovative solutions, and providing a clean, safe work site. Shultz Construction LLC carries Pennsylvania and Maryland state licensing and we are a lead safe certified firm qualified to conduct lead based paint renovation and repairs.

OUR SERVICES
Shultz Construction LLC remodeling activities involve masonry, concrete, exterior mill-work (siding, soffit, fascia, trim, & gutters), roof replacement, doors and windows. Our interior mill-work includes floor coverings, trim, cabinetry and additions. Our restoration services include fire, water/mold/mildew remediation, insect infestation repair, and restoring old homes with new and current lifestyle trends, products, and amenities. Our light commercial activities include commercial offices, warehousing, childcare facilities, and condominiums.
