Si-Boards

Si-Boards was created by Elysia Tsai, M.Ed, ATC. A Certified Athletic Trainer working with physical therapy patients and athletes. She saw amazing results from using balance boards in the physical therapy clinic. Working at a high school with limited budget, she was determined to make her own balance system. She found an old softball and placed a random cooler lid on top of it and rode it. Instantaneously she fell in love with a fully movable surface in all planes of motion and smiled while the athletes hated its difficulty.

After 3 years in development, a few wrong turns and many unusable prototypes, Si-Boards found the best quality materials, processes and unique shapes. Our versatile products are portable, tough, revolutionary and built in America to last a lifetime.

We have full body systems for everybody from the 4 year old learning coordination to Elysia's dad maintaining overall balance. Easily covert an elite surf training system to a beginning balance board for a post-op ACL reconstruction with the same board.
