At Sierra Medical Group, our mission is to ensure fully coordinated, technology-driven patient care that holds our team to the highest level of service.

Our Sierra Urgent Care Centers are capable of handling the vast majority of medical conditions. After initial examinations, we may determine that some patients require further evaluation in the emergency department or direct admission to the hospital.

On-site services provided by our facility include internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, lab draw, women’s health, x-ray, specialist referral, urgent/walk-in care, and doctor on-call after-hours.
