Sigma Kappa Sorority was founded November 9, 1874 at Colby College in Waterville, Maine. We currently have over 156,000 members. We have over 112 collegiate chapters and colonies and more than 120 alumnae chapters. The purpose of Sigma Kappa Sorority is to provide women with lifelong opportunities and support for social, intellectual and spiritual development by bringing women together to positively impact our communities.
