Hello, and welcome to our Little Homestead where we have a little bit of everything, our main focus is offering a healthy loving home while providing nutritious food for ourselves. We have a few critters; Nigerian Dwarfs Goats, Ameraucana Chickens, some Easter Eggers, A pair of Blue Slate Turkey’s “Edgar and Flo,” KuneKune/Guinea Hog pigs, and our Great Pyrenees “Keeper” who guards the does.
Our Nigerians come from excellent bloodlines, registered with ADGA, AGS, CL and CAE negative, (we test yearly) and they are bred to be milk producers, as well as companion pets. We have not yet entered the show arena, but will be exploring that in the future, our children have shown a great desire to explore that world, and we wish to support them.
We always have fresh eggs, chicken, milk, and cheese, sometimes in abundance so we are able to share with family, and friends. We feel very fortunate to have beautiful animals that offer so much and pay for themselves. Although this journey only started a couple of years ago we have learned so very much, and continue to learn, we are always willing to share our experiences with others, so please feel free to ask questions at any time.
We also raise English Bulldogs, whom have stolen our hearts, they are raised in our home around our children, and offer hours of entertainment. They are micro-chipped and AKC registered, we focus on providing a healthy, sweet tempered pup with years of love, and positive energy to give.
A special thank you to the wonderful people we have met through all of this, you have provided wonderful forever homes to our fur babies, given support, and educated us with kindness every step of our journey. We promise to keep doing our best, and look forward to a bright future building more relationships with wonderful people.
