Welcome to Silver Star Gymnastics! With 2 locations serving Bowie and Silver Spring, we’ve been flippin’ awesome since 1993! Our mission is to create a fun environment while helping your child develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-esteem.

At Silver Star Gymnastics, we believe that all children are stars! Your child will build an athletic foundation for all sports through the strength, flexibility, and coordination that only the challenge of gymnastics can offer. We help children develop a positive self image and personal success through goal setting, time management, sportsmanship, dedication, and discipline -- all while having fun!

We teach children to have fun by providing a safe and fun learning environment. Our coaching formula always puts safety first! We utilize the newest and most imaginative gymnastics equipment to introduce technical gymnastics training in a safest possible way.
