*Behind The Name:

A strongman and powerlifting competitor for 8 years, experienced from young age in boxing, wrestling, martial arts, we developed a strength gym where one comes with one goal in mind; increase size & strength, grow amongst physical cultures. We welcome novice & expert athletes to be part of our growing Silverback family.

*Keeping clients motivated:

We focus on client needs with specific training. Each program is tailored to client's goal including weight, strength & background. Strength is defined not only by heavy weight but mentally as well; a well rounded athlete who is conditioned and prepared for the program at task.

*Inspiration Behind Silverback S&P:

A strength gym that wouldn't limit ones potential to true strength. Being that it is a strength gym & we target powerlifting and strongman crowds, weights are slammed on a daily, chalk dust among the air, cheering members celebrating PR's, we created a family who shares the same passion in fitness.

*What we love most about our job:

Stepping in every morning into our gym, recognizing the struggles we face each day is solved through some weightlifting therapy. We are privileged among clients & members, assisting with their lifts & weightloss goals, sharing knowledge and breakthroughs. It's a blessing to bond amongst gym family.
