Silvermoon Children's Theatre

The Silvermoon on Broad is proud to announce an new branch venture. Silvermoon Children's Theatre will soon open its doors to Arklatex families looking for a fun and excellent theatre experience. Plans are underway for the first season.
Meredith Farren and Susannah Linnett, daughters of Silvermoon proprietors, Josh & Diana Morriss, plan to direct and guide SCT. Farren, Graduate of Harding University with a BA in interior design, will be the technical design director and main organizational guru. Linnett, graduate of Baylor University with a BFA in Theatre Performance, will be Director.
"We are so excited to offer families this opportunity. We will strive to produce fun & excellent theatre. The Silvermoon is a beautifully restored, intimate space. It's a great place to learn how to be onstage and a pleasant place to see theatre!" Linnett explains.
SCT plans to cast area children ages K-12 in all of their shows. Watch for upcoming announcements about auditions. The 2014 Season will be announced on November 1, 2013!
